Utilities and Pipelines

Surface or sub-surface pipelines and other utility facilities can have an impact on archaeology in the marine zone.  This can be addressed by actions such as the re- direction of pipelines or cables in order to prevent damaging archaeology or other historic environments, while also avoiding increased costs for the project.

We work on sites involving pipelines for water, power, sewage and communications, and for any seabed and intertidal trenching requirements.
